Which is why we provide all of our customers with a service and performance warranty on every fence, deck, gate, railing, and patio cover we build.
Manufacturer Warranties Up To Lifetime
Workmanship Warranty
Above All Fences, Decks, and Construction warrants to the original homeowner/consumer our workmanship for a period of one year. This warranty does not cover materials, which are covered through the manufacturer's warranties. Most commonly, our manufacturer's product warranties extend for periods of 10 years to a Lifetime.
Should any defects occur due to improper installation during the warranty period, Above All will repair or replace at its discretion the defective product.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not provide protection against failure or damage caused by situations and events beyond normal exposure conditions, including but not limited to:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Impact from foreign objects, fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, hail, hurricane, other casualties, or acts of God.
- Movement, distortion, collapse or settling of the ground or structure on which the fencing, decking or railing is installed.
- Products that have been painted, varnished, or coated.
Repair & Replacement Terms
In the event of a repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, "the original warranty shall apply to the repaired product and will extend for the balance of the warranty period" at the time of the repair.
Manufacturer Warranties
Above All is a certified installer for Trex and TimberTech, which means our composite deck and railing installations qualify for the full 25-year fade-and-stain manufacturer warranty directly from the manufacturer. Cedar lumber carries its own manufacturer's grade-stamp warranty. Vinyl fence products from CertainTeed, Bufftech, and similar manufacturers carry lifetime transferable warranties. We'll provide the full manufacturer warranty paperwork at project completion.
