Above All Fences, Decks & Construction, LLC is a family-owned construction company headquartered in Tigard, Oregon. What began in 1999 as a small, local fence-and-deck operation has grown into one of the Portland metro's most respected outdoor construction companies — formally established as a Limited Liability Company in 2008 and licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board ever since (CCB #190649).

Our Crew
Our crew is made up of seasoned carpenters and builders who've spent decades perfecting their trade. We invest in quality lumber, thorough planning, and a process that puts the homeowner first — from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. We don't subcontract our installs to a rotating cast of strangers; the lead carpenter who measures your yard is on-site for the entire build.
What We Build
Custom cedar, vinyl, hog wire, ornamental iron, and chain link fences; composite (Trex & TimberTech certified), exotic hardwood, and cedar decks with matching deck railings; Lexan and aluminum patio covers, pergolas, arbors, trellises, and ornamental iron works. Every project includes a free on-site estimate, a written scope of work, and a full materials list before we lift a hammer.
